I’m Salerno RL Salerno Martinez, a Deaf birth worker with a passion for empowering families. My work as a doula focuses on bridging communication gaps, advocating for accessible care, and ensuring every family receives the support they need to have a positive birthing experience. I am fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and specialize in working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing families, as well as those who value culturally affirming care.

As a Deaf doula, I provide personalized, inclusive, and culturally sensitive care to birthing individuals and their families. My goal is to create a supportive and empowering environment where every client feels seen, heard, and fully informed throughout their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.
