Doula visits beyond 50 miles: first 25 miles each way free, then $0.76 a mile, counted both ways.
Holds your midwifery spot, counts toward your total, and is nonrefundable.
Midwifery payment plans are flexible until 36 weeks. Postpartum-only is paid in full at booking.
Due at signing. Balance due by 37 weeks or at birth, whichever comes first.

Once you're paid in full and your baby has arrived, you get a superbill for possible insurance reimbursement.

Doula clients can switch before 36 weeks, and what you've paid is credited toward your midwifery fee.
Fees are prorated when you bring all records from your previous provider, including labs and ultrasounds.
Your refund is based on your weeks of pregnancy, using the chart in your agreement. The deposit is nonrefundable.
